My Hp Recovery Options Or Boot Wont Work Plz Help

My recover options and boot wont work i accd deleted it when i was trying to to do a fresh install with kill disk now it wont boot in boot menu and recovery options doesnt work plz help

 

But iam still on my pc everything works but boot can i download windows on a dvd and resinstall from that

 

Windows 10 kill disk changed their program up so i got thought i was doing it right but when i restarted my pc it boot normally and it wont let reinstall windows says i need to repair it

 

i went to advanced startup and says i need to repair it for reset or system restore to work

 

i mean the boot menu wont come up when i tap on ESC but i went in advanced startup options and it gives these numbers to pick from like 6 for safe mode or others etc

 

and i tried clicking on reset my pc to start fresh and that doesnt even work says it couldnt find the recovery enviroment

 

1. Enable debugging
2.Enable boot logging
3.Eanble low Resoultion Video
4.Enable Safe Mode
5.Enable Safe Mode With Networking
6. Enable Safe Mode With Command Prompt
7.Disable Driver Signature Enviroment
8.Disable Early Launch of Anti Malware Protection
9.Disable Automatic Restart after Failure

 

app it did i thought it was erasing the drive cause i did it before and it worked fine and i reinstalled windows the previous times i did it

 

i will try parition wizard if that doesnt work i will try to use the media creation tool to put one on a dvd

 

Cant use that program cause it said i need to buy it before recovering loss paritions
