    Hi

Followed the read me....and hope these attachments are OK. The only one I have question marks around is the MGTools one. Everything worked straight away and very quickly without any issues but I could not locate a zip file.

I trust some of these files consist of my computer specs etc.
I hope you might advise me on next steps

    Thanks

    D

Please remove what Hitman and RogueKiller found. You should look for and attach the MGLogs.zip.

After removing, reboot and rescan with both Hitman and RogueKiller and attach each log.

    Hi
Major Geek Tools Zip still cant be found. I done a search with titled names and it was not to be found.

However I have attached the other requested files.

The comp is still slow after your corresponding advice and I hesitate to add that I have a problem with a mouse!!

No....MGLogs.zip!! It will be where ever you ran it from....desktop/downloads/etc

Your two logs are clean. However:
    Total Physical Memory 1.87 GB
Available Physical Memory 1.04 GB -- slowness!!

You can go to crucial.com and let it check for a RAM upgrade.

And issues with your mouse as well as slowness need to be addressed in the software forum.

    Hi

Is the available Physical Memory Ok relatively speaking?

Thanks TimW for your time and help.

    Very much appreciated.

No....which is why I suggested you go to crucial.com and scan for RAM upgrade.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Re-enable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have re-enabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 or 10 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
