Low Battery Alert Than It Turn Off

Low battery alert than it turn off when the battery is not even at 1 or when is like at 24 how can I fix this issues ?

 

I have test the battery out with HP Support Assistant and it say my battery status is ok and I don't know why is this is happening for . I don't know if it something in the settings making this to happen .

 

Also, Have you checked the battery settings for power off?

As you did not state which operating system, I did show W10-, as I was in W10 at the time.(I was just lazy giving you that link )
In power options ,click change settings, then click change advanced power settings and click on battery + (If settings are greyed out, you might have to click the line above it to change it.
But I have now uploaded W7 from my other partition to show where it is-I would try lowering the % of battery , before shutdown, to see if that helps.
If not then, as TimW said it could well be a faulty charger, or, as Plodr said, battery is getting a bit iffy.

 

I got a replacement battery for free from HP they have tell me if the replacement battery don't fix my issues that they have to replacement laptop it might be a laptop hardware issues .

 

That new replacement battery did not work they have send me a replacement laptop out .

 

I just got my new replacement laptop today I hope this one work .
