Update Apps Whilst In Sleep Mode W10

    Until recently when W10 was in sleep mode it continued to update Kaspersky Total Security. This has suddenly stopped and no updates are done whilst in the sleep mode. I have been in contact with Kaspersky on the matter and they advised to uninstall 2018 edition and install 2019 edition they also adised to do the same with Secure connection. This has been done but the problems remains. Any suggestions?

    Contact Kaspersky again and tell them you've done what has been suggested and it did not solve the problem. Ask for a solution.

    I have received an email from Kaspersky telling me that it will NOT update in" sleep mode". The screen can be turned off but the PC needs to be ON and data updates will be installed. I have no idea how it worked previously.
