Can Someone Check Out These Reports Please

    My system is running sluggishly. Most scans came up clean but not one or two. I'm not comfortable removing anything without advice from someone who knows what they're doing! :)

    This is my work computer, and sometimes I have another person come in to cover my job when I take some times off. I'm beginning to think they are playing games online or visiting sketchy websites. Seems like every time I come back to work, it's running slowly.
