Facebook Problem

my facebook account was working fine for a long time and one day i just randomly logged in and it said "your account has been disabled"

i decided to make another account and now that one says "Confirming your mobile number helps you reset your password if you ever need to, find friends, get sms messages and more. Only you will see your number."

is there a way i can just get rid of both my accounts(im pretty sure having 2 of them is against the rules anyway,which i found out after i made another one but the original account i had was already messed up anyway and i dont know what caused it)and start over with 1 email and 1 account that will actually work

 

I believe if you haven't logged in to your facebook account for some time it does get disabled. Isn't there any option to reenable the account if not you might have to get in touch with Facebook to reactivate your account.

 

is there a way i can email facebook and just have them delete both of the accounts.at this point id be willing to just do that and wait until i can make another one and then start out fresh with 1 account,because the only reason i made another one is because the first one got messed up for some reason

although,i checked yesterday and i still get email notifications for one of the accounts.but like i said,at this point.id rather just get rid of both accounts(which im sure is something facebook frowns upon but i didnt know until after i made my 2nd account and even then,it was because the first one wasnt working right)and start over with 1 account that works right

 

and in terms of getting in touch with facebook

do i just give them my account info and they delete the account or how can i go about doing that

i cant load anything when i log in though

i just logged in to one of my accounts and as soon as i log in it has the enter mobile number thing but the only other option is to log out

 

Try logging in with a different web browser .

Could be the web browser you are using causing the issue.Tends to happen.

FYI this could have been a product of the Facebook breach this year.

 

i tried logging in with internet explorer(instead of firefox which i usually use)and it said the same thing

"product of the facebook breach".hmm,is there any way i can just email facebook and request my accounts to be deleted since they dont work anyway and id rather at this point just start over with a fresh account

 

or is there just some kind of link i could click and log in to the accounts that are messed up and just have them deleted that way

I am retracting my statement.It is the main login page.I looked at every thing again.

But it should not redirecting you back to the main login.

Run the scans and check your email.There might be some thing in the email were you need to reactivate.I run years with out logging in.And still am able to log in just fine.

Did you deactivate your account a while ago.If so this could be the cause of this issue.

lets just say this,at this point.can i just email facebook or whatever and get both of the accounts permanently deleted and just wait and start over with 1 account,or is there still a way i can at least fix one of my accounts(since the only reason i made another one is because my first one was messed up)and just deactivate or delete the other one

my problem is,the only thing i can see when i log in are in the pictures i posted and when i try to click off it i just get logged out anyway

when i clicked on the link and logged in it went to the screen that says to enter a mobile number

 

could it be a spyware issue or something? i dont know,i run my anti malware program every week but i havent really ran a specific anti spyware program on it in a while

 

I deactivated my Facebook account 6 months ago.
I just logged in by entering my email address and password.

 

thats what ive been doing but i cant seem to get passed the "confirming your mobile number" thing.im thinkin about just getting an anti spyware program and running it and maybe thats my issue,i dont know

 

I had to enter my mobile number or email address, not both.
And it's got nothing to do with spyware.

 

it only gives me the option to enter my mobile number,which i didnt even need to do when i created the account to begin with

although,the other account i have just says its been disabled when i log in

 

so what should i do if i cant deactivate or delete my account with the link

or would deleting my account and making another one even fix my problem,i dont know.i just figured if i contacted facebook(which apparently you cant do)and got them to delete both my accounts and start over with 1 account it might work

havent tried them,the only other place ive asked on is reddit and 4chan and have had no luck there either.i guess alot of the forums ive heard of dont seem as active as majorgeeks or 4chan and reddit

 

Can you bypass the screen that wants the phone number by re-freshing it? This works with ebay s secret question screen.

this has been a problem for a while now though,i dont think it has anything to do with that

 

Just to clear up one misconception, Facebook don't care how many accounts you have provided each one is registered with a different genuine valid e-mail address. I have one Facebook account for normal Facebook activity, but several other Facebook accounts used solely to play Facebook games on. I'm in UK and have not had any login problems. Facebook does occasionally nag you to enter a mobile number if you haven't already. Nothing strange about this.
