Urgent Help Please!!! Is My New Website Safe?

I recently had an independent amazon affiliate guy build me a website. However, I was unaware that its possible and wouldnt think that a guy who has made millions would know to implement meta tags and make the site searchable to others? Whats going on? Is this a scam or am I being paranoid?

Basically I was told if I put this: /robots.txt after my site URL (ex. www.titan-profits.com/robots.txt), I should get this message:
(Allowing all web crawlers access to all content)
User-agent: *
Disallow:
For my site I got the message:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

Does everything seem legit that there wasnt anything manipulative done to my site that was created, after that robot txt test was done?

It's legitimate.
Basically it allows which pages on your website are indexed and which are not.
