many things I do not agree with and i wonder if you do also
    like:
    -have kids
    -never performing
-make contacts/network(while good to do, no one makes the effort to NOT network)
-"failing to finish what you start"--well, sometimes life changes things
17: not moving fast enough---yeah, that time i was depressed, i shoulda just just gotten overeverything" -said no one ever

11--yeah, when I thought I was "fat" I wasnt and now that i am, i wish I was that"fat" again

12-yeah, I shoulda told her I loved her, maybe that woulda made me her love me and not cheat-(said no one ever)

    Hi Jerry

Yeah I have many of those things and I'll see if I can address each
    1. Travel - I do travel a fair but not as far and wide as I'd like, have visited places I wanted too, but have loads I still want to see. Its not the cost but the motivation for me at present to get up and travel again, I want to visit the whole of the USA, Japan, China, likes of North Pole countries, Greenland, north Denmark.
    2. Tried a few times and fudge a few, French, Spanish but would love to speak Chinese, Russian, Farsi
    3. No
    4. Could forget if UK gets a hot day but if in a holiday or hot country I would wear as matter of course.
    5. Often
    6. Yes often as I'm a way to cautious person, I can get bouts of anxiety
    7. Not realyl I dont do gyms, but I do get in excersise daily in a brisk 30min walk, also try to stake stairs more than elevators
    8. No as what has gender have to do with what tasks you can or cannot do in life apart from "give birth"
    9. No as done that
    10. I thought I did try hard, but likely I could have done better, so you can let kids or young know now to work hard and learn from your experiences.
    11. Eye of the beholder
    12. Dont have that fear
    13. I do as in #10 we can learn from parents or older reletives but what we do with that advice is the big part.
    14. Dont think I did, maybe current generation is
    15. Sadly I do and I should not, its a bad trait of mine.
    16. No I will help others get to where they want but I will priortise mine first
    17. Sadly we all have that issue, I'm currently thinking I'm not moving forward as much as I wanted in work now, but when I look back over the last near 13yrs in same job, I have achived loads.
    18. I have done a few times, didnt talk to a good friend for 2yrs once, we are closer now. I can hold a gripe for a day or so but I let it pass...
    19. I'd wager we all have not done this, think older we get the less we care so will stand up for ourselves more.
    20. Yes we could all do more but time, life, work can impeed this.
    21. Try not too
    22. No I did chat with grandparents alot about life in WWII (have loads of old photos of there life) etc and still chat to older family reletives on their experiences
    23. Guilty..... this is starting to burn me out a little of late, too many new tasks and fact I learn and absorb loads, so get folk asking questions as I'll know the answer over them doing the work or thinking forwardly.
    24. Can do that, have a cool slamon and curried potato and spinnach one I learned in Belfast Cookery School a few years back.
    25. Guilty
    26. Hate this one in not finishing a task, I try hard to finish all projects and do 95% of the time.
    27. Can juggle or could as not tried of late, could do it with various objects from a bottle, ball and stapler etc
    28. No why should cultural steriotypes define us we can do anything.
    29. It happens and I've had a few over the years, folk just drift apart.
    30. No kids but I have loads of time for my 3 neices and friends kids.
    31. Guilty
    32. I do this always so I nay not chat all the time with contacts I do have a large circle, but with my work networking in medical research is a common practice and I love and meet folk from all over the globe so its brill
    33. I do that alot... horrid trait of mine
    34. Happens at times too all of us, can try to keep out but just accidently fall into being caught up sadly.
    35. No I spend time with loved ones all the time, only way to keep grounded
    36. Hate performing in front of others, due to my anxiety and shyness, but I do speak to patients in clinic I do, I do present info at meetings etc
    37. I aways thank folk for assitance, actually do it at end of every clinic to the nurses and techs.

    Honest answers from me.

    cool ,
b ut I thought eyes showed heart disease, like
Cholesterol that has built up in the carotid artery can break off,” said Alpert. “Blood from the carotid is constantly flowing to the eye, and sometimes they can lodge there.” This is called a Hollenhorst plaque.

Heart disease is the biggest killer in usa, so I'm concerned about that
    BUT

I have brother inlaw who has vitelliform macular dystrophy (Best disease).
any knowledge about that? Will he go blind? or can something help him.
he's legally blind, but seems to be fine, except can't drive a car, yet drives 4 wheelers and a tractor.

Yes hollenhorst plaques you do see in many diabetics and this cholesteral buildup will block a vein/artery and cause an occlusion, TBH and maybe via education I dont actually see many if any these days,, I can say in the 1000s of patient retinal images I see this year, I've not seen any at all. Maybe its something the UK is doing ok or just I not seen any.

Eyes can show all sorts of issues with health, hypertension is one I do see a fair bit.

Yes on vitelliform and its likely inherited (iirc its in the prph2 and best1 and impg1/2 genes)and bilateral so in both eyes, 99% of the time it affects central vision and periphery is ok, blind not so much but he will be visually impaired for life as no current treatment or cure, a side issue with an macular dystrophy is that it can increase the risk with age to develope secondary CNV/nAMD (wet AMD) which can be treated with anti-vegf injections which basically reduce any fluid buildup, thing is this may recover some vision but will not fully restore, with vitelliforms the buildup in the retinal layers damages the area of the photoreceptors and RPE, so unless we develop stem cell treatments to regrow these, vision is as it is now.

Has family been tested as macular dystrophies are genetic?

Legalities to driving are different in various countries in UK its a vision of 6/12 or better in one eye, so you could be blind in one and have 6/12 in the other and legally drive, is it safe, well thats down to the individual.
