Would Like An Opinion On Video Card.

    So i should not need to mess with it too much.

    Edit: all so would a 650 watt power supply be enough.

    Wattage requirements depend on the complete system, on a simple, efficient system a 350-450W quality PSU would be fine, more complex systems with multiple drives, inefficient/high-powered/overclocked CPUs might need 500-750W.

    No. MSI wants you to have the best possible experience so they set the defaults to do that. So I say use it that way for a month or two and see how it works.
    :( That's definitely something you should have researched BEFORE you ordered it.

    Fortunately, if you look at the specs for that card, it says 450W is plenty. So the only issue then is, does your PSU have the necessary 8-pin power connector. Since you told us nothing about that PSU (except it is 650W) only you can determine if it has.

    FTR, "always on" for you PSU calculator is not realistic unless you have it "folding" or doing some other distributing computing project when you are not sitting in front of it. Either way, your 650 (if decent quality) will support it - especially since it is not likely you will be maxing out the CPU and the GPU at the exact same moment, except for a few seconds here and there.

    And yeah, I doubt your motherboard supports 16 sticks of RAM.

    That's better, 650W will be ample - providing it's a quality brand and from a good factory, based on a modern design and not too old. A 650W designed for P4s and earlier would be questionable.

    I plan on upgrading to an FX core maybe next month.

    Oh my system is running perfectly fine with windows 7 64bit and I have a few games running all ready.Like RUST which takes 9 to 10 Gigs of ram to run.In which case i can play it on my 550TI 1gb video card no problems.I only have low FPS in this game due to the 1GB card.Probably getting around 15 to 30FPS in that game currently.

    FYI i do research a lot of stuff be for i buy.Just wanted a second opinion on it.

    You should have plugged in the CPU you're likely to buy into the PSU calculator, some FX's would add ~100W to the total.

    The way I see it, Rust is pretty CPU heavy and even an FX with dual channel 2400Mhz RAM might not get you the results you're expecting.

    In all honesty it barely touch's 40% on my quad core.

    This is Rust loaded.It will only spike if i have cyberfox open.

    Looks like you need some better case cooling. All your temps are on the high side, IMO. I recommend you look at your fans. Do the fronts pull cool air in and the rear fans exhaust heated air out? If you have top and/or bottom, do the bottom pull air in, and the top exhaust heated air out?

    Does your case support larger or more fans?

    Top Fan is a 200mm fan

    All other fans are 120mm x5

    if you are asking about front fans i have two pointing in.One on CPU pointing out and exhaust fan pointing out.Side panel pointing in.???

    Top fan is pointing out.???

    I don't get what you where asking.If that was the question.

    And i told you the size that fits in the case.The top fan is a 200mm fan.And all the other fans are 120mm.

    And for the record, CPU fans should not blow "out". They should blow down onto the heatsink if a typical OEM cooler like this one. Or if an upright cooler like this one, it will blow sideways. Not "out"
    Yes, out! Heat rises naturally. So you want a top fan to aid in that by exhausting the heated air that has risen to the top "out".
