Too bad you cannot go $190.00 as there are many more options for you! ;)

Seriously, that is a pretty tight budget considering laptops also include the monitor. You might be able to find one that meets your wireless networking requirements, but with that budget, it will not be a very good performer otherwise.

Do you already have a laptop? You might just consider a dual band 5GHz/2.4GHz USB 802.11ac adapter for your current system until you can build your budget up.

Will this work Wireless Network IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ac for all networks ?

All "wireless" networks. AC is the latest and it is backwards compatible to the earlier versions. But frankly, you should try to move all your devices to 11ac for maximum performance (to include range and speed) and security.

I don't know what you mean by "all router settings". But most likely, you should have no problem connecting with your wireless router. Hopefully your router is 11ac for best performance.

As someone who deals with a few dozen customers a week, I highly suggest putting more money in your piggy bank before busting it open to buy a PC.

Anything under $200 will have (at best) an entry-level Atom or Celeron processor, 32GB onboard storage and a screen size under 12". If you are doing anything other than checking email or watching cat videos it will drive you nuts. No matter how fast your WiFi is, the hideously slow CPU performance will kill your speed. At the store where I work, the return rate for under powered models like these is much higher than for PCs with decent power.

A realistic budget for a decent 15.6" notebook PC (Intel i3, 8GB memory, 1TB hard drive) starts between $350 and $400. This is before you add any extras like Microsoft Office. Most models in this price range now come with a wireless AC (2.4 and 5 Ghz) card.

Digerati, thanks for pointing out my bad link. Somehow I overlooked that the OP wanted a laptop.
I guess I assumed that for under $200, a desktop would be easier to find.
Any laptop running Windows 10 and under $200 is bound to run slow.

Personally, I suggest you save up and buy a decent laptop, otherwise you'll regret your purchase and waste more money trying to improve it. Save and get a decent laptop that will work well for several years.

Depends on how the router is configured. If SSID broadcasting is disabled in the WAP (wireless access point - typically integrated in "wireless routers), it may not show up. But that is not the fault of the adapter and even if disabled, if you know the necessary sign-in credentials, you should still get in with no problems.
