Background Program?

I recently replaced my hard drive so have a fairly clean installation of win7 xp ultimate. about a month after installation I noticed a pop up (very fast) that appears to be a dos box pop up on background then disappear, to fast to read or identify what it is, this happens every 10 min or so constantly as long as PC is on. If I am in a full screen game it will pop me to the desktop. If in a windowed program it will pop up then disappear. I have installed newest version of malwarebytes and ran it, no hits, I uninstalled that and installed and have currently on my pc bit defender and superantispyware. Neither of which are showing any hits.
how can I identify this program and find out whats goin on?

lol, didn't even notice that, heh, Win 7 ultimate heh

 

Look at the Startup items and also in Task Scheduler for anything unusual.

 

from superantispyware it says the only startup items are my usb, (nusb3mon.exe from NEC electronics) and 2 windows programs, (mtcadmin.exe and sidebar.exe both signed as Microsoft windows)
how do I find the task scheduler?

 

Search for it from the Start Menu.
I typed ta and it appeared.

 

okay, for the last several days i have been poking around trying to resolve this,
first off i upgraded system to windows 10 pro
i have run task scheduler and set it for all tasks run in last hour, let it run for awhile, saw the popup, checked task scheduler and there were no tasks run in last hour at all
bit defender shows complete clean scan
superantispyware shows complete clean scan
maywarebytes shows complete clean scan
i have tried to narrow it down with task manager, it says no current apps, but 44 background processes and i have no idea what i am looking for in the other tabs (details and services)
it is still happening, every 10 min or so
