   I will be getting a nice tax refund this year.
   
   I will be looking to spend about 1,500 to 2,000 on a new rig this year.
   
   Any suggestions.I need it to be a gaming rig.
   
   what are the I9's looking like compared to the AMD Ryzen.
   
   I am willing to switch to intel if they can out perform my current AMD FX 8 core.AMD FX-8350.
   
   Maybe add some water cooling to the GPU and cpu.
