Thanks, everyone! That cake looks pretty darn amazing... might have to make one for real at some point.

Yesterday was pretty low key, but it was good. This Sunday is the party, and since it's another friend's actual birthday we're sharing the cake I'm making and celebrating together.

This is the cake. It apparently will weigh 11.5 pounds when it's made. Tonight I'm making the cheesecake layers.

Jeez......11.5 pounds..........I hope it is big enough
It looks delicious and obviously helps lower cholesterol and is low calorie too so OK for the diet conscious

Trouble is that most of the things that taste delicious, are bad for you

Hehehehe sorry Dave but mission accomplished..........although mine might be pretty high in calories, Beth's is the real deal.....11.5 pounds of peanut, caramel, chocolate, cheesecake goodness

I am quite confident we are going to become Type II diabetics, but it is totally going to be worth it!
