I have been experiencing increasingly long boot up times and difficulties with my network connections. I have also had the most trouble with my pen tablet stopping or the drivers disappearing.

Would you please review my logs and let me know what, if anything, is causing problems?

    Thanks for your help!

Although I can not find it in Windows 10....go ahead and allow RogueKiller to remove:
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Utilities

Reboot and rescan with Roguekiller and attach the new log.

Thanks, TimW. I did as instructed, but I had a really hard time getting RK to run that third time. It did not want to start. I finally used the right-click, run as Admin and the second time it did finally come up. Also, when I clicked on Reports and Export, the program almost went down. It recovered, took out my internet, but allowed me to reset and regain access, then I was able to get the log, but thought it might be important that it did this.

    Thanks again and good night!

Can you tell me how things are running now?

Tim W, just now turned it on. It booted much quicker and my internet connection didn't fail and I was able to get on line quickly. So what critter did we remove?

    Thanks again, btw!

RogueKiller classified it as a trojan...but who knows.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    3. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have re-enabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    4. Now go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 or 10 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    5. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    6. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

I posted yesterday (?) and my request was moved to the software problem area--my Win10 was already repaired, BTW. I booted in Safe mode and was able to get the scans to run. Funny, I could only get MBam to run with the full name, lol. Guess the critter was looking for MB or MBam. I couldn't get AdwCleaner to run at all, but I was able to get the others and the logs are attached. Dang, guess I missed Hitman Pro. I'll run that and attache the file next.

Oops, it saved as a .log file and I can't upload it. No problems were found. Can I just rename with a .txt extension?

Yes...but I will tell you now that I moved your thread to software because the issues you described are not malware issues. The logs you have attached so far are free of malware.

Thank you, TimW! I feel better that you have reviewed the logs. I was very concerned that a Trojan was on my computer.
