Tweaking.com's Registry Backup V.3.5.3 Auto Schedule Not Running

I've been attempting to get Registry Backup to automatically run via Win 7 task scheduler. For unknown reason it is scheduled by the program and the trigger can be seen in the schedule... but it will not run automatically. However, when invoked to do a manual backup the VSS fires up and in a couple of minutes it creates a backup no problems at all. Would any one care to volly some tips or hints my way to help my troubleshoot the issue?

Look at all the options/settings in Task Scheduler.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have already looked through all the FAQs and topics there. I had a success with the auto-run by deleting the scheduler task that the program created, and I created one "from scratch" on my own. It works so, I will just let it run now daily on its own. I may submit a bug report, but the project ended in 2016 so it probably won't benefit anyone to do that.

 

Often that's the only/quickest solution - I've done the same.
Task Scheduler has numerous settings and sometimes even the author missis one.
