Trouble Accessing Usa Website From Italy

i am in italy and trying to connect to the newspaper website in USA, www.freep.com, i was able to do so for 2 weeks, but now get an error: too many redirects, clear cookies. I am suing Win 10 on a Surface Go tablet. I have tried Chrome, Edge and IE.
I cleared my history, cookies, etc, and ran cc cleaner, but that doesnt solve problem.
I have no problem accessing the site from Italy on my iPhone.
Thanks for any ideas!!

 

My thought is how about connecting up to a free Windows VPN by following this procedure.
During this you get an opportunity to choose the country your signal is coming from.
I would try the USA links and see whether you can connect to your site.

I can access the site with Firefox and Pale Moon from South Africa.

i succeeded in reaching the site with Opera, with its integrated VPN activated.
It's noticeably slower, but it works!!
I don't know much about VPNs, but heard one must be careful for security reasons and speed will be degraded too.
Any other suggested VPN ideas besides Opera??
