You'll surely live longer at that better weight. At least you're not driving an icecream truck.

    I've been a size 32 since 1981. Lucky I guess. 6'1-1/2".

I feel for some that have to really watch their weight. Don't throw out your larger pants. Any change in your situation and some of the weight could come back to haunt you!

My average walk i spend a day is probably 5 miles to 8 miles a day.Up steep hills and every thing.I don't need at gym at this rate.I probably lose about 1 to 2 pounds a day at least.Just from walking.

This is probably the best way to lose weight. The heaviest i lift is 50 pounds some box's can be small or big.I had these the small box's one day that weighted 30 pounds each.So that alone is around 90 pounds.

I can walk and run all day for 9 to 12 hours with out a break.

    wow, pretty good!! congrats!
right out of college, my girlfriend at that time would tease me for being a square...
    waist 32in inseam 32in
now 40 years later, waist is 36in inseam is 30in,
not bad considering my lifestyle, though i suppose i should get me one of them thar bars
so that i can hang upside down. going from 5'10" to somewhere around 5' 8-1/2" or so
is more unsettling than my weight gains over the years.

I was 6'2", 175 lbs when I played college basketball 60 years ago. 32" waist. Now am 6'1.5" 200lbs, 36" waist. Big difference is that it all went to my midsection. I truly look like a pudgy grandfather out on the golf course, but am glad to be able to be out there. I quit smoking 35 yrs ago and have outlived my dad by 18 years, he being a heavy smoker.

    In 1980 I was 6' tall, 32" waist and 175 lbs.
    Today I'm 6', 32" and 170 lbs.

But, my heart attacked me because I have more arterial plaque (atheroma) than Rosy O'Donnell has cellulite in/on her basement.
