Where To Buy Microsoft Office Home And Student 2019?

I am buying a new Windows 10 laptop on which I will install Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019. When I search for the best price for Office, I see a range of prices $45 to $145. How can there be such a range? How do I know that the product I purchase for $45 is legit?

Your school may offer Office 2019 or Office 2016 at no cost. Search for your school to see if you are eligible.

 

Just to let you know that Microsoft office is now pay monthly subscription aswell as annually or you could look for Microsoft office alternatives.

Yes.
It's called Open-source.
LibreOffice and Apache OpenOffice are both hosted by MajorGeeks.

 

I found that LibreOffice seems to allow for more file compatibility with MS Office through available file ext variables.

 

Also you can ask your IT at work they may participate in the Microsoft Home Use Program (HUP) and it is like $20.

 

Just to point out also on Windows 10 you can download WPS Office 2019 from the Microsoft Store for free. I have just found this myself.
