Looks like it will accept VGA and HDMI. I dont see why it would not work.

It's a "small computer monitor". The description on that webpage ("7 inch LCD TFT Display 1024*600 HDMI VGA Monitor Screen Kit for Raspberry Pi 3/2, LCD TFT Display module, LCD driver board") seems pretty clear.

??? You want to hook up a PC to a tablet (which already has a monitor) and then connect the tablet to that small computer monitor?

You told us nothing of your tablet so we have no idea what I/O connections it has. So we don't know if you can connect it to your PC. I doubt you can. And we don't know if the tablet has any video outputs that could feed that "small computer monitor". I doubt it does.

Why can't you just turn your tablet off? Or turn it around while you sleep?

That's not a stand. As the description says, its the driver board - or the main circuit board for the monitor. It is meant to go inside a Raspberry Pi case.

Remember, he's asking to run his video from his PC through his tablet to this monitor. None of my tablets let me output the video to an external monitor.

A quick search on Amazon turned up these:

    Eyoyo 8-inch monitor, 1024 x 768 resolution
    $69.99
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071V2CS5C

    Eyoyo 10-inch monitor, 1280 x 800 resolution
    $89.99
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072N2YGXN

    Eyoyo 12-inch monitor, 1366 x 768 resolution
    $96.99
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KJVERF8

Most of these monitors are intended for use on security systems, but as long as they have the right video inputs, nothing says that you can't use them on a PC. If you don't like the prices, there are lots more on Amazon and eBay.

Check out the Wikipedia article titled List of video connectors. It has descriptions of the different types and a picture of the common display interfaces.

USB would only work if it was USB-C. USB 3.0 and 2.0 don't handle video output (not without specialized hardware and software support).
