Where There Is Smoke........

    The end of my power cord, where it enters the computer.....started smoking.....a nice thick steady stream of smoke!! Kinda smells too!!! LOL

    Have you tried looking into computer stores for older laptops just for some thing that is temporary.Till you are able to get a new one.Maybe try a good will and see if they have any.
