Browser Freezing Or Not Responding

Did you install it as an extension? It doesn't need to be installed like a program. Just works in the browser.

If you need the path to extensions, that would be in the AppData folder for the browser in W7. Probably the same in W10. To see which extensions you have installed in Vivaldi, click on the "V" top left and then Tools->Extensions. That's where you can enable or disable (or uninstall) extensions in Vivaldi...

Timw. Just something else you might want to consider as your browser i forgot to mention, Opera GX you can limit the memory usage and cpu speed to the browser by going to GX Control. Take a look here https://www.opera.com/gx
