Mks File To Csv

    (Win 10) I'm trying to convert a 2000 MS Works file to CSV and not having much luck. The purpose is to send a MKS file (car mtce records) to someone where he can add to it rather than input 30 years of data. Sending the MKS file or it in PDF form doesn't allow changes. Any help would be appreciated.
