Annoying Pop Ups

More like sliding in from the lower right sise of my screen
Either news from aily Mirror or ads from Norton saying I have a virus (probably not Norton but phishing)
There's no X to click to close it but double arrows>> when clicked on causes it to close but then another appears
I can't find any information as nothing happens when I right click and there's nothing unusual in tsk manager.
I tried Malwarebytes and CCleaner but nothing was found
Could someone advise me how to stop these pests from appearing
I use Windows 10

Which ever browser you are using, reset it to default and see if it fixes your issue.

If you have Nortons remove it and let Windows Defender take over

If the above don't help, how about you modify your surfing habits and avoid visiting sites like heavy-r, shown in your screenshot?
