I Was Forced To Upgrade To Windows 10

The last time I updated to a new windows system was back in the day when I upgraded to Windows 7, at that time someone posted on here "a guide to what settings should be used on windows 7". Is there any such information on windows 10?

I want to get rid of Cortana and all of the games and useless garbage microsoft shoves down our throats.

Any advice is much appreciated.

There's a lot to learn about Win 10, most of it rather good imo, but as a new user you will hopefully find it useful to download and run O&O ShutUp 10. I wouldn't recommend you dutifully follow all of its recommendations but it will give you a good idea of what features it has that you should be aware of. It doesn't need to be installed, just download it, save it and run it. You can click on each feature for an explanation of what it does and the Help notes explain how you use it.

 

I use decrapifier for windows 10.

I all so use

IObit Uninstaller 9.6.0.2 to uninstall all the junk apps.Unless you have an Xbox who needs that crap.
