I am hoping that it is NOT the motherboard. I switched my working graphics card with the other PCs graphic card and no display. Powers ON but no display. I switched out the power supply as well and that still doesn't seem to do anything. I made sure everything is plugged in. What I have noticed is that when I have the MOUSE or KEYBOARD Plugged into the Motherboard there is NO power..doesn't matter if I have the GRAPHICS card plugged into my pc or not...NO Power at all.

Plug up my PC with the GRAPHICS card and nothing.
Please tell me it is not the motherboard because it def is not the power supply having it switched and working on my pc that works fine.

You really need to provide clear details otherwise it is going to make it extremely difficult for anyone to help you, imo.

Was this working vga previously in a pc which was working before, with no issues, and then you switched to the other vga and started getting the problems that you describe...

If that is the case, then it's hard to believe that the mobo is dead...

    Hi!
Sorry if I was not clear but let me rephrase..

I have a iBuyPower PC that would not display but did power up. So I placed my graphics card from my Cyperpower PC that is working and placed it on the iBuyPower...still NO display. Also when I plug the mouse up to the motherboard on the iBuyPower PC it does not power up so I thought the power supply may be bad. Replaced that and still same issue. Powers ON but no display at all. ANd still no power to the mouse or keyboard.
I then took the graphics card from the iBuyPower and placed it in my Cyberpower PC. Nothing. NO display and no power to keyboard.
I then took my graphics card from my CyberPower and placed it the iBuyPower and still nothing. No display and no power to keyboard.

    Im so dumbfounded.
It was working with direct connect with DVI directly back in Janurary 2020, as well as HDMI and now nothing. Even VGA doesn't work. I plugged up the DVI to the graphics card as well as to the motherboard. nothing.

Since two graphics cards don't work in the iBuy PC but one work in a Cyberpower PC, it would appear that the slot for the graphics card in the iBuy is damaged. Also one card appears to be bad. (The one that doesn't work in the CyberPower.)

No power to USB ports or simply the power supply doesn't turn on?
