    Hi,

I note that MG recommend Iobit Malware fighter and Windows defender for virus protection. I am confused because action centre says I should only run one of these, not both together.
Please can we start at the beginning:
Is Malware protection different from Virus protection?
Does I obit Malware fighter do the same job as windows defender?
I was previously using Microsoft security essentials only, should I go back to this?

I am running windows 7 home premium edition.

Any help and advice will be much appreciated.

    Thanks

I would use Microsoft Security Essentials and with Malwarebytes free that's a good combo

Thanks for the help. I'll do as you suggest.
