Create Desktop Icons

Simply click START, find the program you wish to create a desktop icon for, left click and hold down, drag it to your desktop.

I had a similar message via Edge.

 

It seems the file is broken, I've just tried uploading it again & while it works first time, the second gives an error even though the file is downloaded.

I’ve uploaded the file to OneDrive rather than MediaFire. That is working.
I deleted the original file & uploaded it again so the MF link I posted is no longer valid.

 

Hi Whittmann, did the OneDrive download work?

 

A lot of work to make 1 icon, or, am I missing something?

 

It’s an instruction on how to move an icon from the Start menu/All programs list to the desktop. There’s no send (shortcut) to desktop option for these apps/programs.

 

You can left click and choose 'Goto file location', and when there send to desktop will work. Sorry, no video..
