Possible Virus- "activate Windows"

Good Morning. I have performed the Read and Run Me on a Dell running Windows 10. While running MGTools (as Admin) I had to keep allowing changes to Registry. (UAC) While MGT was waiting on an answer, I disabled UAC and allowed MGT to finish its scan. I appreciate the help given for the many years I've been coming here. Life Savers

 

that is my problem. My fiancee and I have purchased a daycare. the previous owner tells us it is a legit copy of Windows. She had windows 10 home, and purchased a 10 upgrade to Pro. When I go to the Activation screen, it says, "something interrupted our troubleshooting. Make sure you're connected to the internet, wait a few minutes and try again. error code 0x80070002.
Is this a byproduct of having an unregistered copy of windows? And is this the only issue the logs show? I dont think the previous owner bout it with intent on using an unregistered, i think she was duped and paid for a hacked upgrade. SO...if this is the only problem, I will try to un-upgrade from PRO, and then do it the right way. Thank you.
