All of my files have been encrypted and changed extension. The extension is JDRE file.

And there is a text file that he is asking for money to send me decryption key.

Any help?

 

Hi I have the same issue was hit Sunday (10/01/21), luckily we have backups..
I am.in the process of isolating where it came from and also finding a decrypt tool for some files that were not backed up..

Quick question though, do you use Dynamics NAV or NAV online and if so who is your support provider.. just that research so far is pointing in a certain direction and I dont want to point fingers without solid evidence and possible other victims...

Unfortunately I haven't found a tool yet, but I have found that in the ransom note rtf file right at the bottom there is a hidden code, may be some decryption key or reference or code removed from the file header to encrypt the files in that directory, this code seems to change across directories too so it has some importance I think.. but it is basically standard text written in white so you can't see it (i found it when I was selecting all text and pasting it to a different file for reference).. it may help, it may not... good luck.
