Firefox Restore Seesion Prob.

Hi some weird crash happened with my Firefox and I had to reinstall, but I lost my previous session. When the previous installation glitched out it somehow auto-posted a backup folder labled 'old Firefox data' . In there is
a 'session-restore' folder with a 'recovery file' with the correct date and time.

...I just don't know how to incorporate it into the new installation. Under program data--->Mozzilla there's only a few files there and one folder labled 'updates', so I'm not sure where I might copy my recovery file.

Is there any way to use this file to restore my previous session? or am I SOL?

yeah I chekced that first , that disappeared with the new installation.
