Wet Wipes

    Wife picked up some "Dude' WET wipes....produced with plant based fiber. Now I don't know if I should use them or eat them for my daily amount of fiber in my diet.

    My mother passed away on the 9th. I wish she had quit cigarettes, years ago. It just escalated to all manner of serious ailments. :(
