I Turned Off Administrator Rights But Unable To Turn It Back On In Windows 11 With Latest Update

I turned off administrator rights but unable to turn it back on in windows 11 with latest update
Have tried all the usual ways using CMD commands ,family settings and every other way that I have searched for but without elevation it won't let me do anything it's all blanked out , "not allowed" system restore or roll back ,netplwiz ,refresh computer all not allowed can someone please help me to restore administration rights with the latest windows 11 update ?



Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5051989) this is what seems to be causing all the restrictions, I really did not want this update, but it downloaded anyway seems to be very restrictive it what you are allowed to do

no I had not seen this it's interesting info thanks .
its now asking for Bitlocker recovery key to access safemode which is proving another brick wall what a nightmare .Only had the pc a few weeks I know during set up it recommends you do not give yourself administration rights but it does not tell you,you can't access basic things like restore points !

no none of that works on the latest update it's really all locked up tight !

 

Do you have your Bitlocker key written down somewhere?

 

thanks guys managed to find the very long key after second time off entering it I managed to get to safe mode and restore admins rights what a nightmare !

First answer worked after a few times .....time for nap ....
