Hp Desktop Hard Drive Issue

Hi,
I have an HP desktop, not sure what model, but the thin one that is a few years old, Maybe late 20 teens/early 2020's. It has Windows 11 installed. I bought it refurbished off an ePay dealer.
I use it mostly to watch movies and tv shows and social networking. While watching a TV show it did a hard drive crash. After hard starting it everything worked good until two days later when it did it again. How do I know if the hard drive really has an issue or if it's a windows issue causing it. I really don't want to have to take it to a tech unless I have to as I live on a small disability income and this would be a major expense. Can I do anything myself? I have some experience solving issues, and keep the PC cleaned of junk regularly.

I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, but more information would be extremely helpful. The model number would be a real help, as would a better description of the event than "...it did a hard drive crash."

Is it a true hard drive or an SSD? Have you tried doing anything to it yourself?

 

Download this. https://sourceforge.net/projects/crystaldiskinfo/ Run DiskInfo64.exe and post the results.

 

I downloaded this a yesterday by a google suggestion. It says health is good.

 

The Model number is: Prodesk 600 GS SFF
I don't even know what a SSD is. I'm not that computer literate. I have fix pc problems before by following directions that others have given me.

Each time it crashed, the entire screen turned gray and it said some like, "Your computer has experience a hard drive crash. Please restart your computer."

Bought as a refurb? How long ago, and did the seller offer any warranty?
