Any Kiwi MG members out there?

Posting some replies lately, I noticed that I have never seen (or remembered at least), anyone posting from New Zealand. I have seen replies from many countries, including Greece, the other day, but not NZ. Bazza

We used to have an ex-pat Kiwi that posted here regular, but she's been A.W.O.L. for ages. 'Prolly more, but I don't see anyone advertising it for some reason.

No, I am a true blue Aussie, but had 5 trips to NZ many years ago, hunting in both Islands.

Loved Fiordland, doing the red deer cull there.

I also spent 10 days for my honeymoon, many years ago, driving both Islands.
Really love the view from the Church of the Good Shepherd, in the South Island.
Must be the prettiest view past the altar, of any church in the world. IMO.

Well as for myself, i have never been down to the south Island as yet, But will get there one day, We have mostly done the North Island, me missus, and the 8 kids, and yes you are right, it is a awesome scenary.

I lived in Auckland for a year or so back in the 80's - really had a fantastic time and met some really :cool people.
Worked in Papatoetoe, Tokoroa, North Shore and Auckland city. I remember (but dont remember!) the ferry between the city and devonport in the North Shore. It took about 30 minutes one way AND it had a bar onboard!! Lost count of the times I was heading to work via the ferry, and never got to work that day! :drink :drink :drink
