Could anyone tell me how I would fill this form out using a hotmail address? I've tried numerous combinations, and I've got a failed authentication or a time-out every time.

Hello Netsurfer, if you don't know the namer of the server that hotmail uses I'm afraid you can't use these settings, but if you have another provider that has provided you with an e-mail address than use the name of that smtp server. That is all I can say to help you. greetings
