Plz Help:Virus Problem

Hi,
My PC is infected...Plz Help me out...

I have scanned my system as per the steps provided in this forum...
I am using WindowXP...

I did the following steps...

1. Run Ccleaner
2. Run and scan with Spybot Search & Destroy
3. Run and scan with CounterSpy
4. Online Virus and Trojan Scanning
a. BitDefender
b. PandaActiveScan

5. Getrunkey.bat
6. Shownew.bat

7. Hijack This

I here by attached all the logs from the above the stpes...
Since I can attach only maximum of three file...I have kept Getrunkey.bat log...Shownew.bat log and HijackThis Log in one text file...plz dont mind...

***CounterSpy found and deleted one Spyware given below...

VX2.Transponder Browser Plug-in more information...
Details: VX2 is an Internet Explorer Browser Helper Object that monitors web page requests and data entered into forms, sending this information to its home server, and opens pop-up advertisement windows. VX2 also collects and sends personal information.
Status: Deleted

***BitDefender didnt found any problem...

***PandaActive Scan found 2 Viruses and 4 Spyware but it doesnt fix them as given below...

Spyware:spyware/searchcentrix
Virus:W32/Sdbot.ftp.worm
Virus:W32/SdBot.JDV.worm
Spyware:Cookie/2o7
Spyware:Cookie/2o7
Spyware:Cookie/Com.com

***I have also scanned my system with Symantec Antivirus and it sometimes shows w32.spybot.worm virus and sometimes not...

I cant able to use my internet properly becoz of this problem...My internet has got very slow bcoz of this...
Plz help me to get out of this problem...

Attach the BitDefender log, GetRunKey and ShowNew logs and a new HJT log. Attach these individually not in one file.

I hereby have attached my GetRunkey and showNew logs and a new HJT log.
Online PandaActiveScan shows the below problems...
Spyware:spyware/searchcentrix
Virus:W32/Sdbot.ftp.worm

Spyware:Cookie/2o7
Spyware:Cookie/Com.com

I cant able to use my internet properly...It has got very slow...

Click on the link below and run the online scan...

Kaspersky Anti-Virus Online Scan

• Click on "Kaspersky Online Scanner"
  
• Click Accept to procede...
  
• If you get a popup askiing if you want to Install Kaspersky's ActiveX Control, click Yes to install it.
  
• If you get a Security Warning popup asking if you want to install and run kavwebscan_unicode.cab, click Yes to install it.
  
• After all updates are downloaded, click NEXT to continue...( Note it will take awhile to download these updates based on your connection speed).
  
• Click Scan Settings and select extended and make sure both boxes are checked at the bottom, Click OK to continue.
  
• Now click on My Computer and let it run!
  
• This scan may take a while but it is very thorough. After the scan is complete save the log as a txt file and attach it to your next post.

I have scanned my system with Kaspersky online scanner and have attached the log here...
I have also attached a new HJT log here...
Kaspersky has found 11 Viruses...19 infected objects and 3 suspicious objects in my system...

Plz help me out to get out of these viruses...
My internet is still running slow...

Didn't show what I was hoping, attach a fresh HJT log and we will go from there.
