Can't download Ad-aware SE reference file

from today's front page at www.majorgeeks.com

Tried many times, up to 1 hour apart, various servers and "Click if it doesn't connect"

Weird !! Still won't work for me, 22 hours later.
Says it is "downloading file", but nothing happens.
Will try Adaware home link. Bazza

 

Working fine here so stop using firefox and use a real browser IE 6

 

Only ever used AOL on top of IE. Current version IE6.:cool
Still waiting for boroadband, then farewell to AOL.

Author's link at MG didn't work either.

Went to www.lavasoft.com and downloaded latest defs.zip for there.

Strange, other MG downloads via www.majorgeeks.com front page work for me, just not the AdAware defs link.

Latest AdAware update out today.
Still can't download it from MG servers or link to Author's site.

Try deleting the downloads.rdf file from your Firefox profile folder: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder

Not from the one in Program Files, the one in Documents and Settings...

 

And as I told you 2 posts ago, I don't use !@#$%^ Firefox.
This has only happened to me in the last 2 updates of AdAware. Still confused . Bazza
