this is a new one ive never seen .

hye peeps . ok here goes , really hard to explain will try my best. when i try to move a page, don't matter which its any page on my computer , i try and move it , then when i do move , it's like iam taking the picture frame off then leaveing the picture behind for a milli second . it sort off move's the page, but its only the outside off it, then the page jumps back in again . if you could imagine a picture with just a frame what you got left , nothing just a frame . so its a frame then the page jumps back in again , sorry if i confussed anybody but it's alot easier to say it than to type it . thanks for any help .arnie4

 

I think I understand what you're saying; that the window isn't being redrawn quickly enough when you move it, right?

This typically happens when the computer is bogged down when you try to move the window.

Can you post your operating system and computer specs? (ie. CPU speed, amount of RAM, etc)

You may want to run through the malware removal thread to be sure no nasties are killing your performance (you're supposed to before asking for help, anyway).

Another performance killer is having too many programs running at once! Recommend you follow steps in this post to better manage your startup processes.

If this doesn't help, you might also try updating video drivers.
