Links Folder Appearing In Favourite List !!!

Past few weeks, had been having this Links folder appearing in my Favourite list. It does not cantain anything in the folder, seems like just an empty folder. I deleted it, but after some days, it comes back. Any idea what this might be ?

 

If you are using IE 7 the links folder contains the linke that you drag from your browser url's

 

Nah, im using IE 6.0.2900.2180. As mentioned earlier, its just an empty Links folder, contains nothing inside.
Anyone else knows what this is. ??

 

I think it's just a default folder. I've tried deleting it as well, only for it to return.

 

Well ,,then i guess theres no need for me to worry then !!!
But the strange thing is, never had this folder apppearing until some weeks ago. Although i see no unusual behaviour in my PC.
One more thing, the folders in Userdata Folder, can i delete them ??? and also the folders in Temp folder, can i delete them also ?? Folders in the Temp folder r named : Copyfilelist and crl.
