HELP! I cant make up my mind! PD805or PD930 or AMD3800X2?

Hi guys I am new here. I currently have a Pentium D 805 stock at 2.66/// I can trade this in for either a Pentium D 930 or an AMDX2 3800// I intend on overclocking an INtel to about 3.4 to 3.9 if possible. THe AMD I will shoot for around 2.7 to 3.0/// Just WOndering if any of you guys have any COMBO recommendations. I have an ECS board which has been a nightmare so far. I am looking for a good MOBO/CPUFAN/CPU combo for overclocking. I need a MOBO that comes ready to overclock and doesent need the BIOS to be Upgraded or flashed. I want to budget PC that still Burns up the INFO highways. All suggestions are welcome. Thanx GUYS talk to ya Soon! confused

 

that processor u have at the moment is one of the best OC procs out there, commonly stable at 4.1ghz. check out this link: http://www.tomshardware.com/2006/05/10/dual_41_ghz_cores/

just use the $ u would spend on a new processor on a nice water cooling setup or if u dont wanna go to 4.1, a good air cooling setup.
