Need HELP [Urgent]

    last month i migrate to vista 32 bits
    no problem
    but games were abit jerky [ novideo haven't done better driver]
    and sound was out of specs [ Uncreative driver is lousy}

    yesterday when on my pc its was colour moving colours
    i re instal vista still have this problem

    so i downgrade to xp64bits again
    i can use my computer
    but cannot play games
    the games are like half and moving and blur and smeared

    what can i do now
    i think something to do with graphic card
    i reinstall the driver but still worst

    Did you download and install the latest Vista drivers?

    yep
    after that the windows screen was green colour [new screen of death]

    xp 64 bits - i cannot play games
    i can use the computer but cannot play games

    i did alot of reading in novidea stupid forun as they dun let me log in and write my prob

    anyway the prob can be refresh rate
    my monitor use to get 75 refresh rate
    but now its 60
    how to make it 75

    i use directx and get this result

    Direct3D 9 test results: Failure at step 32 (User verification of Direct3D
    > rendering): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)

    who know what is this about and solving this

    i have solve this problem that all SLI user have

    one of the graphic card is spoiled

    i heard that vista automatically rates all your systems when you install it, if your rating is too low for your computer to run a program vs. the program rating it wont play. basically even if your comp is capable of running a program vista wont necessarily let you run it your better of to just go back to what you had
