Can't connect Comcast.net

    I can connect to any webpage except Comcast.net (my ISP) I found old discussion from 2004-05 but nothing to resolve problem. Several hours with Comcast technical support has yielded nothing either. Does anyone have a solution.

    Try resetting your modem

    Thanks for the suggestion. I have disconnected the modem and reconnected. Is there something else to try. I have tried everything several times, including the disconnection of the modem.
