HELP--Someone to view logs??

Hi

I did the steps in MALWARE REMOVAL GUIDE, but couldn't do all of them as it said.

My computer crashes sometimes when opening a folder, specially My Documents (After finishing the malware guide this haven't occured yet...)

Also it won't finish the installation of some software like antivirus (tried to install a paid version of Shield 2007 pro), online scanners (tried panda, bitfinder, kapersky, Ewido...) and stuff like JAVA updates or ACtiveX controls (I don't know if this began to happen before or after I finished the steps of the MALWARE REMOVAL GUIDE-----maybe i did something wrong).

I ran an e-acceleration online scanner before I did any of the steps in the MR GUIDE, StopSign, and it told me I was infected with:

AvenueA Cookie Spyware Cookie

Tool.Lostrun Hacktool Program (Tool.Lostrun: Hacktool Program
c:\documents and settings\el ian\menú inicio\programas\inicio\reboot.exe is Infected.)

Trojan.PWS.Tanspy Application Spyware Program

Tracking.Cookie Spyware Cookie

ALso then Spybot found a lot of malware related to e-acceleration and couldn't delete everything. It's like the program is installed on my pc (has a folder in program files and all) but it doesn't appear in the add/remove programs list--how I remove it????

I think that's pretty much it. I'm attaching the logs that I got.
Please someone guide me!!!

e-Acceleration software is junk and must be uninstalled due to that alone. In addition you are violating step 3 of the READ ME having it installed since you have AVG antivirus installed already. You MUST NOT install any other antivirus programs while another is already installed.

None of what it reported to your are problems. Cookies are not problems and niether is reboot.exe . It is probably a file for a utility you downloaded. Many tools make use of this file. These are all reasons why e-Acceleration must be uninstalled. In addition it is considered adware and had also been thought to install malware itself. That is why Spybot complained about it too.

You also need to uninstall all of the below as requested in step 6 of the READ ME and install the current Sun Java version (see step 6):
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 3
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9

Note if you still need help with anything please describe your problems after uninstalling e-Acceleration.

Deleted all I founded of e-acceleration software (manually and with Spybot).

Uninstalled
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 3
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9

Couldn't install Sun Java current version because when installing an error happens: INTERNAL ERROR 2352 :cry

this error occurs when trying to install almost any new software...

Does the logs I attached say anything to you??

Only that you needed to Uninstall e-Acceleration and that you needed your Sun Java updates.

The error you are getting is not due to malware. You will need to address that in the Software Forum. When you post your message in the Software Forum, provide the full word for word error message in your message.
