Who can give me an advice?

I cought adware. Norton didn't help me to remove it. It says there's no
viruses. I see pop-ups everytime. Is there any better antivirus?

I have been using these for years with very good success
As for the popups there should be a setting in your browser to block them
Which browser are you using?
