Using KeyFinder v 3.1. for Macromedia

Good Morning All ~

Does anyone know or can direct me to how I can use KeyFinder v3.1. to locate Macromedia Key Info - I dwnloaded it solely 4 the purpose of retreiving my DW number. I already have a legit copy of XP and getting your KeyLog of XP is much easier from MS than using KFinder .. but when you use KeyFinder, this whole list of supported Software is attached yet it doesn't seem to look for anything other than my MS stuff, Oh yeah it brought up some Nero numbers that I didnt' need. No docs or Help files to find ..

He will give a much more authorative answer than mine, but KeyfinderLite (KFL) will find keys for programs that it has been designed to find. (see PS: below).

KFL, on mine, finds keys for various Microsoft programs, Belarc Advisor, Sonic Record Now and Zone Alarm for instance. Bazza

PS: Ignore the above. I have just re-read the Readme.txt and Matt states it should find keys for Macromedia.

I'll leave it Matt to explain why Macromedia has not been found by you. I would suggest that as it is only a very small download, maybe un-install, download again and re-install. See if that works for you. Bazza

 

Didn't try the Delete and Reinstall as yet but I did make an earnest attempt to locate Matt's email address and everyone was no good .. do you know of one that I can use?

try to find a keyfinder type program just for Macromedia stuff. if needed I could email you a key gen program, but that isn't recommended.

Keyfinder thing 3 is currently obsolete and being redesigned. Please try using keyfinder Thing Lite!

Also could you let me know what version of Dreamweaver you are tryung to retrieve as each version requires a different location.

Hi Matt & All ~ I'm sorry it took so long for me to get back here but I was away for awhile visiting out of State. Anyway, I just downloaded Lite and will give it a
try. BTW, as for Warez stuff, I tend to stay away from that Site bcuz it is mostly (imo) for Dudes who are trying to bust into programs they didn't pay for and of course I not trying to say I'm an Angel and have never done that before.

When I first started using computers, I did all of that like everyone else did until I read a very powerful message on some site about Pirated Software and the effect it has in commerce. Anyway, enuff of that, I just got very frustrated bcuz I emailed Macro about five times in a 30 day span and never got a response so I gave up.

Even my Cubase stuff is paid for and I wish it were cheaper because I like Cubase but I think they charge way too much for their stuff so I decided not to buy Cubase anymore. MS has been pretty good to me and those guys will help you out if you don't mind waiting on the phone for no less than a helf hour to talk to somebody.

 

You can usually get help here, on any subject, from someone, from somewhere in the World, at any time of the day, with very little waiting. :major :cool
