Windows Password Verfiers or Analyzers

    :) HI Friends,
    I am looking for some sort of utility for password analyzer. where it can track an report me if user's password are not strong. and need to change.. i have ben lookin for it since long time and someone told me to try out here if anyone can help me...

    Hi Yargwel...
    I have been through this site before but it would be of no use as i want an utility to run on a server that would report me stats if the User password are strong or not. so that i can advice those users to change their password
