How a geek orders pizza

Gods but I feel like such a geek now. I was going to run to the store and get some stuff for dinner, but the monsoon caused me to decide that it was easier to just order out tonight... walking in the rain just sucks

I like walking in the rain if I'm dressed for it. It's very relaxing.

WEnt from 81 and sunny to monsoon season. I like a nice gentle rain, but when there's 3 inches+ of water rushing down your street...... that's a little much. Stopped now, but still.... the pizza was good

I love PJ's cause it is more like how my grandparents used to make their sauce. My dad's parents came over from Italy, and were from the upper middle section (can't remember the name of the town now, still waking up) and always made a sweeter tomato sauce than most. Even now, when I make my sauce, it gets a good dose of sugar, which also cuts down the acid in the tomatoes and makes it less prone to causing heartburn.

And that is why I like PJ's

So you don't want to walk in the monsoon so your lazy butt internet ordered and made someone else DRIVE in the 3+ inches of water, the 60MPH winds, recurring earthbound lightning, the Hail and the lowland flooding to bring your lazy butt a pizza?

There's a Chinese restaurant by me who takes orders online and even gives 5% off for not calling in. They have really good food too. I always use the internet because at least then I know they can see what I want rather than trying to figure out what I'm telling them over the phone.

PS: Dominos tastes like a cardboard shoe.

 

Well... to be honest, yeah.

If I was not vehicularly challenged at this moment, I would likely have gone to a real restaurant like Dennys or something
