ok, if you read by previous post i said i like fixing computers.. I am fully capable of fixing hard drives both internally and externally, I’ve done it several times before on other peoples computers as well as my own.

Im not saying that girls cant do the same things that guys can but there is something nice about someone taking the time to fix your problem.
In such a busy and selfish world, when someone cares enough to help you out... you appreciate it.

I've been on both sides of that. I hate having to be shown new tech, and it's usually a female friend that introduces me to it. On the other hand, another friend tends to reach for a hammer when the computer goes down. And she says I'm strange.

ok, so i misunderstood your statement, yes guys and girls roles arent as defined as they used to be, girls can be construction workers and guys can work in a nail salon. I understand that but what do boundaries have to do with someone bein nice to you? confused

Keep in mind ima old fashioned girl - i think its sweet when a guy holds a door or pull out a chair and you know does the manly type stuff (open things, carry heavy things, fix things, kill things :drool) but im not sayin that us girls are capable of handling them ourselves

That could be it Mada My husband always opens the car door for me, and my son always opens the store doors for me if we are out together. Obviously they know I can do this myself, as I service all our cars amongst other way more technical stuff, but it just shows a great level of appreciation and respect, and that you want to give your woman the best you can. Doesn't have to cost in my book....you can keep your diamonds

 

i would think you do.. those ladies must be crazy confused I think its absolutely wonderful when i guy would do those things... and i make sure he knows i appreciate them.

 

i agree its rare but anytime anyone does something for me out of courtesy, i make sure i thank them. I know there are tons of people who when I hold the door to a store or something for them and they dont even say thank you or a smile...nothing. I guess people arent used to others being nice to them.
