Formatfactory

I have FormatFactory and I am converting Video Files.

I need help understanding some Video Ratios.
I know 16:9 is Widescreen and 4:3 is Standard TV.

What is
Fully Expand.
3:2
5:4

Thanks but if I am converting a video file and I do not pick 4:3 or 16:9 but I keep it on Default.
Will it keep it the same as the video source?on

You could download a video clip (1-2 minutes) and practise by selecting different settings.

 

I did e mail FormatFactory and they never got back to me.

Am I right if I have two Videos and one is 4:3 and the other is 16:9 and I conver them to another Format.
But I keep Ratio set to Default it will keep each video in the Ratio they started at?

 

Experiment and see what happens.

A lot of us don't use that program so you'll have to test it yourself.
