I have a file (.pdf format) which contains many pages each of which has two images. I want to extract and store each image as a separate file. This is a one-off job so I want to keep it as simple as possible. How can this be done please?

Or you could use Windows SnipIt, which is already on your machine.

I don't have SnipIt (Windows XP)
Pdfaid failed "Error in uploading file - Please refresh the page and try again". Perhaps this is because the file contains 67 images over 36 pages?
    Any more suggestions please?
